He has three years’ experience of teaching Communication, Journalism, New Media and Advertising courses at Media Studies and Journalism (MSJ) department of University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB). In addition, he is responsible for the coordination of the Masters in Communication (MSJ Graduate Program). He is a Member of MSJ Department’s Self-Assessment Committee, Convener of MSJ Curriculum Review Committee, Assistant Editor of ICT for the Development Working Paper Series (a peer reviewed journal published by ULAB and BIID), Advisor of ULAB TV (ULAB’s campus television), and Advising Editor of Cinepedia (a publication of MSJ Apprenticeship program Cinemascope).
He started his professional career as a broadcast journalist. I worked for RTV, one of the most highly reputed TV channels in Bangladesh. He worked as a Researcher at Ibaraki University, Japan, before joining ULAB.
