Workshop on " Instrument Design – Summer 2025" held at ULAB

Master in Communication program of the Department of Media Studies and Journalism (MSJ) has organized a workshop on Instrument Design as part of its regular workshop series for students who are pursuing research. The program was held at ULAB’s campus on Saturday, July 19, 2025.

This workshop aims to enhance participants' skills in designing effective research instruments, with a focus on tools such as surveys, interview guides, content analysis coding sheets, and observation checklists.

MSJ faculty members, Associate Professor Sarkar Barbaq Quarmal, PhD, Assistant Professor, Mohammad Shazzad Hossain, PhD, Senior Lecturer, Aminul Islam and Senior Lecturer, Mahmudunnabi facilitated the workshop. 

This initiative reflects MSJ’s continued commitment to nurturing creative and critical thinkers in communication and cultural studies.
